Cancelation Policy:

Private sessions and group classes must be canceled at least 24 hours in advance. All purchases are final.

What should I wear?

Grippy socks or regular socks are required. Grippy socks are available to borrow or purchase at the studio. In fact 10% of proceeds from the socks purchased at the studio go to preserving animal welfare.

A comfortable outfit that isn’t too loose.

How long are the sessions?

Each private session is 50 minutes. Small group classes are also 50 minutes.

How many people per group class?

No more than 3 people in a class.

Do you offer in-home sessions?

Yes, there is an additional fee to cover preparation time and travel to and from your home. The exact amount depends on the distance.

Do you offer virtual sessions?

Yes, you can purchase and schedule a session online, then email or call to let me know you’d like it to be virtual.
