What I Offer

A woman in a teal long-sleeve shirt is instructing a woman in a bright green sleeveless shirt during a Pilates class. The instructor is holding a bar attached to resistance springs on a Pilates reformer machine, demonstrating an exercise while the participant extends her arms forward, holding another bar. The setting is a gym or Pilates studio with lockers and exercise equipment in the background.

My focus is working against gravity and breathing properly to assist in engaging your core. This can lead to long term results in health and posture. Along with the reformer, tower and stability chair, I use the arch barrel, spine corrector, foam rollers etc to create safe and challenging exercises.

I offer group classes and private sessions either at my studio or virtually. I customize each session to help my clients reach their personal goals.

I offer to take short videos during the sessions for at home exercises.

I have experience with clients that have conditions such as kyphosis-lordosis posture, scoliosis, hyperextension, diastasis recti, prenatal, postpartum, perimenopause, menopause and a variety of past injuries. After an assessment I put together a plan that will work best for each client. Besides the Pilates exercises, I teach how to strengthen specific muscles in daily living for posture improvement, injury prevention, chronic injury management, and recovery.
